Say you are a weatherman in the Mediterranean. You know a major operation is being planned, and that the person you are giving reports to is known for despising officers who give wishy-washy reports. What do you say to him when this is the current weather?

I'm sure there's an 80% chance operations will be hampered or possibly seriously impacted.

And there is a 40% probability you cannot invade or paradrop and in that climate we will not get the 10'% extra for convoys.
