Playing as Japan from 1890 and currently at 1903.
A number of times since the start of this campaign, I have been asked if I want to send a force to South Korea and each time, I have said yes. Nothing happens. I get no message saying I have failed in the endeavour and no message to say that I have succeeded. Clicking on 'next turn' and the map shows that South Korea is still neutral. It has never been taken by any of the AI forces either. This seems a bit strange in a time period where major powers are looking for land and I'm wondering if it's a bug.
