Campaign generator?

Is there a fictional an d functional campaign generator included?
No campaign generator but there was a random scenario generator included in the 2.01 release. (it is available in posts below)
2.30 has removed that as it is complicated now with the scripted ai (It is impossible to automatically generate scripted AI files).
