I'm interested in buying the manual, but when I went to the store the shipping to Canada was $33, more than the manual. Could it not shipped using a "book rate"?

I was going to purchase, but the shipping cost to the states was twice the price of the manual. Where are these being printed and shipped from?

I think Sliterine is based in the UK. May want to think about getting a North American distributor so shipping costs to North American won't be so expensive.

I was looking into buying the board game World in Flames an if I bough directly from Australia shipping would be a small fortune, but buying it from a North America distributor keeps shipping reasonable.

Maybe i will buy it when developmenr ends

Since it wasn't immediately clear whether the game manual would ship directly from the UK or get stuck in EU customs (like Amazon UK orders do), I decided to skip ordering it on launch date. But with my anniversary coupon now available, I thought, what the heck, customs or not, I want this now.

I'm happy to share that the book was delivered from the UK to my door in Finland without any issues. Customs were handled by the sender at no extra cost beyond the price and shipping quoted.

What a great book it is! Keep up the great work, guys!
