How to Force Colonize Low Suitability

In Distant worlds 1, you could force colonize really low suitability planets.

This is useful, if you want to rely on later terraforming tech to make i suitable and grab it early.
Or if the planet has specials such as empire wide boosts.

However, I can't figure out how to do this.
- In the new colony tab, <0 suitability doesn't even show, nor is there an option to force it.
- If I create a colonizer, there is no way to force it to colonize, there is no option to colonize low suitability.

How do I do this?

If you mean suitability > 0:
Empire policy -> colonization
suitability = 0:
Game editor -> add empire colony edit: (i tested it, i only forgot to write it)

You can't colonize a planet below zero suitability, this is likely an intentional limit in the game.

It's too bad this changed. In Distant Worlds 1, even AI would colonize bad worlds if they had some empire wide special on it.
