Just bought Fortress Italy and Road to Rome.

The installer is the multiDLC-installer 2.20. When I attempt install, it opens then states that I don't have Fortress Italy installed and to install Fortress Italy. Then it shuts down. That is what I am trying to do???? Any idea why it refuses to install?

Are you actually trying to install the game of DLC? The file is called DCL installer because its for installing DLC.

I received the Download Order Information emails. One for Gustav and one for Road to Rome.
I followed the provided download link in each email. Both download links provide the same installation file called CombatMissionFortressItaly-MultiDLCSetup-Version 2.20.00.

When I attempt to run the file, it states Fortress Italy is not installed and must be installed and then offers a close button. Of course, I am trying to install Fortress Italy

Thought I would try to activate the game on my Steam account. It doesn't work either. The response is basically the same as the installer. Activate original game!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly what I am trying to do.

But did you buy the base game?

To install a DLC of any game you need the base game, in this case:

The setup file is called:

Installer v2.20.00

The DLCs are bought separately with their own setup, called:

DLC Installer v2.20.00


There is also a bundle or complete version: base game + 2 DLCs.
