Hi I'm an experienced player, having played dozens of PBEM games and hundreds (or thousands) of scenarios and campaign battles against the AI. Generally I can hold my own.
I am interested in expanding my horizons and playing a few more games. At the moment I am playing H2H. I play with CC on and prefer 10% or less artillery. I usually play the soviets or allies, because everyone else is playing as germany.
I enjoy playing small battles (one infantry company plus support) up to reinforced battalion fights
At the moment I am creating a couple of H2H PBEM campaigns...one of 6 battles in France 1940 and one of 7 battles in Russia 1941. The german player gets to play the core force and carry it through the campaign. The French and Russian forces are all pre-selected and deployed in the campaign.
I have tried to upload the French campaign, but the upload to the forum seems to fail...it is 359k which is well within the limit. Anyone got any suggestions...if anyone wants it emailed I can try that, but hopefully someone can have more success than me posting it on the forum.

I'd like to give it a shot.
My email is:

I'm willing to play either of these and I have fought in both theaters using the Germans. Love C&C ON. Are support units added by the scenario when needed or is the core the limit?

I play with CC on, so that is how I planned the campaigns (all french units have their defend/advance status and objectives set consistent with their deployment. However there is no reason they can't be played with CC off.
In each cases the german core force is a panzer company plus a grenadier company (or the equivalent as the player selects). In all scenarios, the german player receives support points and can purchase additional units of his choosing...in the smaller meetings this is 400 points, in the largest assaults this is over 4000.
Suffient rebuild points are provided for the german player to basically reinvent his core force.
In a campaign, the french/russian cannot call reinforcements; however the german player receives reinforcements equivalent to 10-15% of the value of his core force. The reason for this is the rench/russian forces were purchased with true troop cost ON, which results in the poorer quality french/russian troops being numerically superior (french 50%, russians almost double)...to allow the german player flexibility he receives reinforcements, whereas the french/russian do not, although at the standard point penalty.
In some battles, to add a surprise factor, the french/russians are allocated reinforcements which may arrive behind german lines. The german player receives an equivalent point allocation for this, based on the battle type.
The battles are essentially a supported battalion size for the germans (a panzer and grenadier company as the core force, plus with enough points to purchase at least mobile 88's and artillery in the smallest meetings, while another company plus recon etc in the largest, while the major assaults/advances are 6 reinforced company affairs.
For artillery, the plan is for onboard artillery only in meeting engagements, with the option of off-board for assaults/advances. Total artillery value is less than 10%...which is about all that can be afforded given the modest size of most battles. Aircraft are allowed in certain scenarios, as are paradrops.
The storyboards:
The FRENCH campaign pits a Somua company (the best french tank) and mechanised Chasseur infantry against an equivalent german core force.
BATTLE 1 is a huge 40 turn german assault against a fortified french line then advance south to north length-wise on a 240 by 100 map The german player has 4800 support points plus his core units and 750 points reinforcements
BATTLE 2 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map between the core forces with the german player receiving 400 support points
and 300 reinforcement points
BATTLE 3 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map between reinforced core forces with the german player receiving 1100 support points and 600 reinforcement points
BATTLE 4 is a 25 turn german advance on a 100X100 map between reinforced core forces with the german player receiving 2100 support points and 1500 reinforcement points
BATTLE 5 is a huge 35 turn french advance on the same 240X100 map used in battle 1 with the german player receiving 1200 support points and 400 reinforcement points
BATTLE 6 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map between reinforced core forces with the german player receiving 1100 support points and 800 reinforcement points
The Russian campaign is a study in dealing with the numerically superior but qualitatively inferior russian armour, with the russian armour being progressively reinforced by better and better units as the campaign progresses. The german player again has the points to select a panzer company and a grenadier company
BATTLE 1 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map between the core forces, with the russians having 3 companies of T-26/BT-7 (51 tanks). The german player receives 350 support points and 300 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 2 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map. The russian player is reinforced with T-35 heavy tanks. The german player receives 700 support points and 550 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 3 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map. The russian player is reinforced with T-28 tanks. The german player receives 1050 support points and 400 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 4 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map. The russian player is reinforced with T-34 medium tanks. The german player receives 1400 support points and 550 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 5 is a 25 turn meeting on a 100X100 map. The russian player is reinforced with KV series heavy tanks. The german player receives 1750 support points and 800 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 6 is a 25 turn meeting on a 200X100 map. The russian player has unspecified reinforcements The german player receives 2100 support points and 1000 reinforcement points.
BATTLE 7 is a 25 turn WINTER meeting on a 100X100 map. The russian player has unspecified reinforcements The german player receives 350 support points and 300 reinforcement points.
Sounds great...

I'll deal with the French first, even though I hate those Somuas!
Thank's for the invite.

It has been created as H2H, which I don't think I noticed.
I completed the france 1940, then the final upgrade of H2H came along, with changed formations and unit costs. At the moment I am revising the scenarios, but that should be done over the next week. I will then send you the campaign.
