How about a SPAMMER patch that could be nailed to your forehead?

Any moderator may delete this comment when the SPAM post is deleted.

we could have an auto delete of new posters, unless a moderator ok's them in a few days, that should get rid

Or have the post hidden of there is any offsite link until a moderator approves of the post.

Also, if new posters have certain words or post in a language other than what is normally used on the forum, then those new posts should also be hidden until a moderator approves.

If the poster is banned, then also ban the MAC address as well.

I bet some members would love a job, splattering spammers new game WAR ON SPAMMERS,
