I am not sure this is a Bug after the new patch?

Since the new patch,
The American Strategic and Maritime bombers only have 1 strike?
The UK still have 2 strikes.
I haven't checked the other countries yet, I just noticed it in a PBEM Game

Please forgive me if this is a daft question. Does the US have Air Warfare Tech?

I Pete thanks for the answer, I am the daft 1 the USA has just achieved Air warfare this turn DoH!!!!

It was on 99% when I used the Bombers, and I had just glanced at the bar graph and thought it had reached 100%.
