Nuclear powered ships?

I just had a very strange bug hit. None of the ships that Free France returned to base at the end of the turn were disorganized, and only one of 16 CW cruisers that returned to base was disorganized. The US and Japanese ships were correctly disorganized. (Everyone else kept everything at sea.) This was not a repeatable error, so I am not going to bother posting a save, but has anyone else seen this? I noticed it because the CW and Free French oil forms looked very wrong; if it had only affected a few ships, I might not have noticed.

Another case of a ship not being disorganized when it should be: A TRS left port, carrying a unit, and moved into a sea area with enemy SUBs. The SUBs tried to intercept, and missed. The TRS then continued into another port, unloading its cargo. During the air reorganization step, the owner tried to reorganize the TRS, only to discover that he couldn't, because the TRS wasn't disorganized. I have the feeling the failed interception had something to do with this.

Do you have saved games for the bugs you reported in this thread?

Unfortunately, I don't think so.

In the same line, I frequently find out that, when I move a TRS loaded in an intermediate port before downloading from sea or entering the destination port, and cancel the move because I decide not to move it or because I forgot the escort, for example, the TRS returns to the original base, many times bringing the unit with itself.

No save yet, but it is not so unfrequent so I can get one, however it not always happen so it may be difficult to reproduce.
