More reload troubles

I have never seen this before the .32 patch.

After reloading this save game I get this cascade of error messages on foreign ship designs missing.

I have seen it in a previous save but I attributed to corruption because of a power failure mid-battle. This time it was after a normal game, saved and quit during the regular phase (i.e. not mid-battle).

This keeps on going every turn for years after this point making the end of the turn super tedious. It's not always the same designs from the same countries either.

There's about 100 Gigs of space in that disk so it's definitely not a problem of running out of writing space.

It's always foreign designs (never my own ships), and I have never seen this error before this patch. It now has happened twice in two long saves, always around 1900-1910 (I always play the 1890 start).

Do you recall if this particular game was converted from the old save game system to the new one? That error may indicate an issue in the save game conversion is why I ask.

Please fix this. It's really annoying.
I'm playing Spain since 1920 and have arrived at 1943, after surviving successfully 2 wars against the Soviets. This glitch complicates enormously my ship rebuilding programs. It emerged after the latest update.

Thanks for the reports! This issue seems to be occurring due to the save conversion system we introduced in the latest public beta. For anyone experiencing these issues we request you provide with your save file. Ideally we'd like a save before it was converted to the new format, as well as a save after it was converted.

Sorry, I tried, but won't let me attach anything. It says, "error. Invalid extension".
Please, just make a hotfix. Restore the old version. Why do you fiddle with secondary things that already work?

We're currently investigating solutions to help fix these issues and providing us with your saves where you're experiencing these issues will go a long way in helping us figure out what might be going on.

If you're having issues uploading your zipped up save folder to the form you can also share through a file-sharing service such as WeTranser (https://wetransfer.com/) or Google Drive.

This wasn't an error message, but I was trying to design a ship based on the Giuseppe Garibaldi class last night and couldn't find it on the list of saved designs. I just opened the design from the ship and it worked fine, though. Don't know if this is an error or WAD as the original design was old, but I did click "show older designs".

Completely fresh games for me too. I love playing the ironclad era so I always restart on new patches.
