When checking the unit properties, there is a "De-entrenchment" stat. Most of the units have either 1 or 0. What does this stat do in combat?

Basically, a de-entrenchment value of one or greater will lower the entrenchment level of an enemy unit with each strike. Entrenched units have a greater chance of suppressing strength point losses, so when you can you want to chip away at some of that advantage with ranged units like air and artillery away before attacking with ground units.

For example, a Tactical Bomber has a de-entrenchment value of 0 and a Medium Bomber has a de-entrenchment value of 1. But they will both lower the entrenchment level of an enemy unit with each strike. So, I can't figure out the difference of the value being 1 or 0.

Tac bombers get De-Entrenchment via Ground Attack tech.
