Doubt in logistical priorities

Hi, I have recently found what could be a problem of priorities in the logistics section for combat units, this may be due to the new (and greater) consumption of ammunition in combat. Apparently the logistics system supplies ammunition first and then food and fuel, so due to the now massive consumption of ammunition, which occupies most of the supply system, units suffer from a lack of food if they are in continuous combat, although this is defensive, that is, they receive their ammunition supply first to compensate for the expense of the previous turn, this takes up most of the logistics system, and there is almost no room for food and fuel/energy because the system is collapsed. I know that the option would be to enlarge the logistics system to absorb this, but in any case it seems to me that food should come first in the priorities, let's see what you think or what am I missing here?

Thanks

I read somewhere that this was supposed to be fixed but I encountered it using mechanized artillery.

This would explain ALOT of my current issues in game. Neatly sorted logistical network, then my guys are starving the moment a war starts

not sure if its % based, so needing 10 food and 10 000 ammo means that 1 food is delivered for every 1000 ammo. Been bit annoyed by that.

Well this might explain for me why I have units starving when there is no visible reason for it. So if you want your units not starve, don't fight. Great. Also noticed that my units sometimes consume ammo on turns reported and observed to have no combat. Is ammo consumed by units receiving new troops?

Can confirm this is happening. It appears to only happen to certain units, usually the 'farthest' out ones. I really really like the new ammo changes except for this issue.

Subunits that reinforce a unit need to get ammo, and the blitzkrieg posture supposedly consumes some oil and ammo each turn.

Food definitely would need logistical priority over everything else; Though dealing with all the burdens associated with increased ammo use has been rough all around.

I tend to see these issues as adding "realism" to the model - The chaos of wartime supply can be huge. See any number of histories where troops in hot zones received propoganda posters, beer instead of AMMO, etc, etc, food for a regiment delivered to a platoon, whilst cavalry units receie wagons of meat and vegetables inabundance but no fodder. etc, etc, etc.
