Has any body encountered the same before?

At the end of the AX7 impulse MWIF in MJ45 advances directly after HQ Reorg, which was declined by all Axis MP, to the next Allied impulse, without rolling for End of Turn first, which would have happened on a roll of a 1.
We did not encouter this behaviour before in this game or in any other.

It seems, in menu Player Interface Settings "Show Die Rolls" was not longer enabled. So probably MWIF rolled for EoT, but did not show the result, just skipped to the next impulse. I don't know, how "Show Die Rolls" became disabled, but this solved the issue.
