Harpoon Ultimate Edition problem

Hello, I have installed HUCE and H3ANW and I have some problems with the second one.
HUCE game engine, scenario editor and database editor runs properly.
But H3ANW doesn't. It says that there is an invalid registration code and closes.
I have HUCE 2022.027 and H3ANW v.3.11.1.0. installed.
