[sorry about the other topic-some NM locations got their coordinates mysteriously changed, to in one case a hex out in the middle of the ocean...]

In my WitP scenario some Allied players noted that a NM popup triggered by a Japanese DE was visible to them, tho the actual Decision itself was not. I cannot find any setting to ensure that the NM popup is only visible to the side which made the DE. TIA.

Is the #COUNTRY_ID of the NM script correct? NM scripts should only fire on this country's turn. Having said that, I am not sure what the game does with displaying the #POPUP text. Is the NM text needed if the DE tells the player what will happen? Perhaps remove it.

You may want to look at the settings in the POP UP file of the 1939 World at War campaign, particularly looking for those near the top that are providing Strategic Advice, as they are set to only provide a message to one side.
