Import Database to Excel

Hey, i would like to import the whole database into Excel, in order to make an ORBAT. So i need all the specifications of the ships, aircraft, etc from countries like the USA, Canada. Does anyone know if there is a simple way to do this?

Which other versions are there where it is possible? And how is it possible in those other versions?

We have professional edition academic licence. Is that good enough to download the database?

The search button on this forum works fairly well also.
