Divisional sizes for Reduced Divisions a.A. (old Waves)

Some of the old Divisions lose a Regiment/or 3 Battalions in late 1943.
Some of them I have highlighted in this screen, so at least affected are [OB:396, OB:405, OB:410].
As you can clearly see the Wehrmacht failed reducing the Supporting Men percentage by doing so, instead it increased! Or did it?
I highlighted the reduced Divisions. As can be seen the ingame Support Element numbers are too big, they did not change at all! Altough kicking out 1/3 of the whole Infantry (which in itself already contributes many men to "Support").
Here some calculations, which can be found in Barch RH 2/1283, page 214.
I am not claiming this number is the most exact for all of the Reduced (old type) Divisions, but it is clearly more appropriate than the current numbers. Some quick math tells us, that 13880- ~15k = 1120Men per Division too much inside of Support Squads.
1120/20=56 SupportSquads too much.
