My game wont let me build anything in the ship creator. Im thinking it might be me switching from Windows 10 to 11 but I have no idea.

Hey thanks for the report. What version of the game are you seeing this on? Do you have a save and screenshots you could upload that show the issue?

Im on the latest version of the game. Its happening in my China campaign. Im not sure how to show it.

You can capture a screenshot using the FN + F12 (Print Screen) to copy the current state of your monitor and post in Microsoft Paint and save that as a JPEG or PNG. Then you can upload that to this forum post.

To upload a save you go to the following file location \Rule the Waves 3\Save or the game's root folder, find the appropriate Save folder number and right-click on it. In the pop-out menu, find the "Send To" option and in the next menu select "Compressed (zipped) folder". Then upload the .zip version of the save folder to this forum topic.

There we go. Yeah no matter what it wont let me make it.

Thanks for the screenshot. From it, I see you're on version 1.00.27, which is the latest official version of the game. However, we recently released a number of public betas that may address your issue here. Have you tried these public betas?

I think it might have been the fact it was 1890 China and didnt have any options.
