PLEASE remove the heart penalty for rejecting MTH leaders

There is an event in the game that seems to fire extremely often if you have the misfortune (seems that way sometimes) of forming an alliance with a Maritime Trading House (MTH).
In it they offer you a new leader that belongs to the MTH. Initially you need this event in order to fill your ranks with MTH leaders so you can meet the (very greedy) demands the MTH makes for governors/SHQ commander/director job. Except that the even still fires when you have finally sent your previous ruling elite off to the front line and replaced them with souless MTH staff members, when you have no need of this event's leaders who will only sit around in the reserve pool, leeching your treasury and causing trouble.
So you turn your new leader down, except that every time you do you get a heart penalty, which changes your whole regime profile and upsets a whole raft of people. While the effect is not that great, the fact the event fires so often has a far bigger effect than you might expect.
My proposal is simple, no profile effect for refusing MTH staff. It isn't heartless to refuse to take on unneeded staff that could otherwise find productive jobs somewhere else.
