Cargo issues in latest build

Good day all.
I have noticed major new issues with the cargo system in the latest build.
Air dropping and heliborne assaults seem broken suddenly
As examples a C-130 in prior versions could drop 2 para-platoons when loaded out for paratrooper x92
Now it cannot drop one, only a couple of infantry sections, even when it shows there is still room in all categories (mass, area, persons)
CH-53 can only carry 4 "ground unit" types. Individual rifleman or automatic riflemen...4 people when using a loadout that allows for 38.
This changes all of my own scenarios to the point of not working as designed.
I thought perhaps the "mobile facilities" with their being phased out was responsible since the C-130 couldn't carry ANY of the ones it used to...but the helicopters only being able to load 4 individual people made that assumption moot.
I design a lot of scenarios almost all of which use cargo...but the issues with it are stacking up...added to these recent ones is the fact Americas Bob Hope class were designed to carry hundreds of vehicles but in game a dozen tanks fill them and leave no room for anything else.
The cargo is the thing that ties a naval game to land and carrying things is why a navy is important. I hope these things can be sorted out soon.
