Less frequent relation friction from advisors

Occasional relation strain for an advisor being attached is reasonable, but it's so ubiquitous as to be a situation of 'if I keep an advisor attached to this leader, I can expect a relation drop as a given'. This makes for a system which is both unenjoyable and unrealistic. It also encourages micromanagement attachment and detachment of advisors where players keep their advisors detached by default, attach them for big risk decisions, then immediately detach them as soon as you (hopefully) remember. I know that's what I do.
So it would be a nice change if relation strain from advisors was made less prevalent. I'm fine with it being severe in some cases, but when it's basically always occurring, it just feels like a simplistic anti-player, anti-fun mechanic.
