Some miscellaneous suggestions

Based on my recent playthrough, a few things I'd like to see added to the game. None are particularly critical, but would be (in my opinion) nice to have:
- I would like an intermediate "engine refurbishment" option between not touching the engines at all in a refit (blank refit) the full on, tear out the engines and start again engine rebuild option. Stuff like replacing damaged/worn turbine blades, thoroughly cleaning boilers and replacing damaged tubes, cleaning out fuel systems, repairing any leaks in steam lines, stuff like that. Basically, a cheaper alternative (but still more expensive than leaving it alone) which could restore lost speed, but wouldn't give the benefits of new engine techs, allow increased speed or changing fuel/engine types, etc.
- Biggest QoL thing for me right now - I'd love if there was an option in the division editor to clear all division assignments (role/lead div - not what ships are assigned to divisions, though I suppose some players may want that option as well). I don't continually update my force org, I'll update it when a war looks imminent, and due to divisions changing place from new ships being added, old ships being scrapped, etc. I often find it's easier to just clear my old organization and rebuild it from scratch. It'd be nice to have a button that cleared them all, instead of having to manually reset each division's assignment.
- Old suggestion (it's been floating since RtW2 at least), but it'd be nice for bulging a ship to give a varying amount of tonnage based on the starting tonnage of the bulged ship. 500 tons ain't a lot to work with on a 30,000 ton capital ship - and that ship will have a lot more length to bulge than a 4,000 ton light cruiser.
- Also something that folks have been asking for for a while, having access to SAP and HE penetration in the gun data screen in addition to AP would be very useful. Possibly multiple tabs you can cycle through? Although I doubt HE pen varies much if at all with range. It'd help players make a more informed choice on ammo selection.
- Very minor, but I like having the "view all relations" screen show me the actual tension numbers, but it doesn't remember the setting. It'd be nice if that persisted on closing and re-opening the game.
- Also minor, but on disbanding a squadron in the unassigned pool on the air group screen, it jumps back to the all squadrons tab. I think it'd be better to leave it where it is, personally.
- One last minor point, splitting the heavy guns into two categories (possibly 11"-13" and 14"+) in the ammo doctrine may be handy - wouldn't matter much in the predread/early dread era, but once you have both large caliber ships and old smaller caliber ships floating around (or if you use Alaska or Graf Spee style large cruisers/pocket battleships) it'd give you a bit more flexibility - by the time 15" and 16" guns are the norm, 11" and 12" guns will have very different performance characteristics.
And since I'm (partially) on the topic of QoL features - a button to upgrade gun quality and one to auto-convert a carrier's graphics to angled flight deck are both huge, thank y'all so much for adding those. Two things that will for sure make things easier!
