Turn Reset Tournament Challenge

Hello,
A turn reset happened in my game. I pmed Billrunacre with ID and screenshots in the discord.
It happened today at ca 1pm cet.
It happened twice. I was in the turn 85 uploaded my turn and 2 minutes later the challenge was green and at 83 again. Had to redo turn.
Ok, maybe failed upload i thought.
THEN however me and my opponent played on, quick turns which took under 5 minutes each, from 83 to 96. And THEN my challenge got reset to 83 again, which i loaded and now pausey at.
This is detrimental to our campaign and repeating the turns and the unforseen events is impractical.
Never happened to me before
Was there any sort of rollback?
I can provide ID here aswell if necessary.
