CMO's interface is already heavy and cluttered; fixed ground facilities (such as the airport in attached picture) probably shouldn't have a heading and a speed. This will help with readability.

Fixed facilities do need a DIRECTION, especially for fixed radars which may be positioned facing one way or another. But speed is definitely true.
