When I finish the PBEM turn, it prompts for a password and I enter it. The follow on message says "This turn has been saved to your "Multiplayer\Email" directory". Please use ALT-TAB to switch to your desktop and email this file.

I can't find that Directory. Strategic Command Classic was purchased thru Steam. Help me find that directory so I can play by email.

You should be able to find a folder for the game here:

%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games

Click on that folder, and then drill down further as the turn will be saved in a folder called Multiplayer.
