The characteristics of the scenario are the same as version 3.0 with the difference that the shift length changes to one week instead of half a week, obviously the events have also been modified for this.

Extracted zip into Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV\Scenarios\. Getting an incomplete scenario message on loading.

Hi, I checked but the scenario is correct (see pic).
To be safe I replaced the previous .sce file, in the attachment there is the .sce file and a folder that goes into the graphic override folder
