Hi

While testing other problems I have found this one.
One of the fighters that should be refueling does not do so and is stuck in "heading to refuel point".

When the other fighter finishes refueling, the two follow their flight plan for a while until they turn around again so that the other fighter finishes refueling.
Change sides when starting the save.

That's weird, if I remove the KC-10 and add another KC-10 northwest of the fighters, both fighters refuel with no issues.

(Tested on future 1328.15)

Also, if you can provide the scenario from the start to see the behaviour before one of the ACs is refueling would be nice.

I thought it was more useful to set the scene at the exact moment of the failure.
