Please add a few late game economic technologies

The robotization technologies are extremely powerful but there's not a lot more to do afterwards, this makes the research task of the economic council becomes largely obsolete compared to the military. Prospecting tends to be fully done too. This leaves mostly the stratagem task only and it's not what this council shines at.
