Request: Number Parser change + Division Editor Click+Drag

Hey all.

Enjoying RTW3, as always, but now trying to spend more time in the Division Editor and actually sort things out with my Navy, I've run into two UI/UX things that are bothering me.

First: The way the number parser likes to order things means that if you roll over into the tens place, divisions 10, 11, 12 and so on are tucked between divisions 1 and 2.

Second: When playing with larger fleet sizes and trying to rationalize divisions, bumping divisions up and down single slots using the dialog boxes must be done one at a time, which is tedious (and makes my wrists hurt). of course, the force structure could be better future proofed, but for nations with rapid economic growth, ship counts tend to grow over time in unexpected ways.

Would it be possible to update the game to change the number parsing, as well as enable click+drag in the division editor?

I am not sure I understand the division 10, 11, 12 and so on. Could you describe more and/or give steps to replicate?

When we write a list of numbers in order, we scribe 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

A computer, if not programmed thoroughly, would sort the same set of numbers as 1, 10, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
