Room for improvements?

For some experimentation on the game, is it possible to do these modifications in the editor?
1. Number of operations for air/naval units:
a. Is there a parameter in the editor to increase the number of operations per turn to 3 for naval units?
b. Is there a parameter in the editor to increase the number of operations per turn to 3 for air units?
2. Undo move of naval units:
Personally, I consider this is an exploit of the game to allow someone to undo a naval move. It is allowing all kind of tricks to play with interception of enemy units.
Is there a parameter in the editor to prevent the undo button for naval moves?
3. Mechanized / Armor corps in the Pacific:
a. Would it be possible to replace Armor corps by Armor division in the list of units for all countries?
b. Would it be possible to remove Mechanized corps in the list of units for all countries?
c. Would it be possible to add Marines small corps in the slot of the previously removed Mechanized corps?
d. If so, how to declare that two Marines division can merge together in a Marines small corps?
4. The map:
The map is done like if we are in 1945 whereas the game starts end of 1941. After reading few books on the Pacific war, there are rails and roads on the map that weren't existing in 1941.
For example, there was no rail line between Bangkok and Rangoon at the start of the war. The rail line was built by prisoners during 1942. Remember the Kwai river bridge?
Also, in the triangle Jarhat, Ledo, Imphal, there were no roads, no rails hence all the supply problems for the Allies to bring supplies to setup an offensive. In the game, everything is setup like if we are in 1945.
As such, is there a game option in the editor to allow the engineer specialty attached to a unit to build roads / rails?
If not, can we handle the above roads and rails creation by several events with historical dates of the advance?

#1 No air operations are limited to 2. That can't be changed. WP2 will have a point system.
#2 If there is a naval exploit plz tell. It should be if any interception is attempted no undo.
#3a I am not changing the scenarios just for this. I would have to rebalance the entire thing.
#3b any armor corps is a mix of armor and infantry not say 3-4 armor divs
#3c The USMC is a 15 strength unit with extra power... if I remmeber. So it is enhanced.
#4 no option for engineers to build roads. That is problematic if you let players build roads in a game like this.

This is not for stock scenario, just a try on my side.
Few last questions:
1. How I can define another value in "
ships per group"? Today, this is either 6 or 20. I would like to set another value.

2. What is the unit of the "
Carrier Air Repair Rate" parameter? Is it 3 repaired per turn?

3. If I am acting on "
Fleet Move Points" parameter? Does it impact effectiveness lost at sea?

#! can't change ships per group by point
#2 that is the carrier repair rate.
Realize this was my first game and it was difficult to compensate for all variables post release. This means some variables that determine things are fixed and can't be changed or added to. Some I have had to make incredible work arounds that even surprised myself.
The WP2 system is much more flexible. Somethings I can do something I can't.

Would you have the possibility to add a third value for the # of ships per group? i.e. without too much work.
I would like to experiment 9 ships per group for small fleet scenario: 6 carriers plus BB/BC/CA or DD escorts.
If it is too much work, don't do it.

I'd have to make a separate build as it is a boolean variable for the # of ships currently not an integer variable.
WP2 will have an integer variable.

For a more historical pace on the Burma campaign, the map could be changed like the following and this event could be added for Japan to create a railroad.

This is correct but there is something strange I am finding in PBEM but not in hotseat mode.
I will post in the Tech Support sub forum.

Same systems apply to both. it runs the same way.
PBEM is just a hotseat game that uses a server.

Please have a look at this thread. There is something strange. If you want, we can reproduce it in PBEM.

A superb naval exploit is here:
https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 0#p5155290
Basically:
1. I am moving one carrier with one transport ship near an enemy carrier fleet. A
Carrier Interdiction will do no damage.
2. I am moving a second task force with the same one carrier with one transport ship near an enemy carrier fleet. A
Carrier Interdiction will do no damage.
3. I am moving the rest of my fleet near the enemy carrier fleet. No interception will done since the enemy carrier fleet has already done two naval interceptions.
Remove the transport ships from the carrier task force, you can destroy the enemy carrier task force if you still have one operation point of course.

So you know I can't do this rail. It will throw off the balance of the game.

An early invasion of India by Japan is not unbalanced then?
