Sowjet Supply Baku/Persian Corridor?

In my running Let's Play-Series with the normal GC41/Axis (normal difficulty) I am now in August 1942 and 1. & 2. PzArmies are driving towards Machatschkala and hopefully Baku afterwards. So it is time to ask some critcal questions as I can`t find a final answers.

Is it correct, that Baku is receiving freight via harbor from an NSS on the eastern caucasian coast?
Is the Persian Corridor somehow modelled in the game? As far as I know the Persian Corridor ran also from Teheran up to Baku. Is there freight/supplies coming from the south via that route?

Thanks in advance for the answers!

We tried to account for this with the NSS in the east that you mentioned. In version 1.02.52 of the game, we added 2 small NSS's in Armenia (so games started with this version or later would have those NSSs). These provide a very small amount of freight each turn, and prevent units there from being isolated. But most of freight comes from the NSS in the east.

Thank you very much for the answer.
