Harop attack speed does not vary on distance like torpedoes.

When attacking a target with the Harop drones, the speed of the Harop is not adjusted depending on how far the target is. Torpedoes from submarines do adjust their speed depending on the distance to the target. See the scenario below, where the closer Harop can be instructed to go to millitary speed (225kt) instead of cruise speed (95kt) and still reach the target. In the scenario there are also 2 torpedo shots set up, one which travels at 65kt and the other only 50kt against a more distant target. Generally weapons should fly as fast as they can and still reach the target.

PS: Should I open a topic on whether torpedo Kinematic range should be set in the WRA for torpedoes the way Missile NEZs are rather than as a separate doctrine setting?
