This Russian army is malformated. It should have 36 steps. This is in every scenario (Pacific 1941, Pacific 1941 small, Pacific 1942, ...)

Well then maybe the files didn't update.

Or he has an older Matrix version.

All except this one for me. Latest version 1.00.12. I even uninstall and reinstall the game.

That's weird I checked again and it does show up as 30.

Anyways fixed for next patch. Maybe I misread the data.
