Why is the UK showing a huge loss in Mpp production after the loss of Manchester.

I posted this on the main forum but maybe its better here. As I'd like this issue resolved if possible so that the game can continue.

This is in a multiplayer game where Edinburgh is shown as the capital ( the 3rd one on the Uk mainland after London and Manchester have been captured) )and where before the loss of Manchester the original default question was asked about the choice of capital moving to Canada or Egypt on the loss of Manchester - Canada was chosen.

The MPP production is 69 (or 59, I forgot to record which after last turn) and the end of turn summaries for MPP production for UK, Russia and the USA are shown each as a single row only. So the UK figure shows no additions to the basic figure ie for Lend Lease convoys or other empire holdings. UK still holds Egypt and Iraq has recently been recovered after its revolt and Malta and Gibraltar are still British and Spain/Turkey/USSR/USA are still neutral.

I wonder whether this is a bug arising from the introduction of the third capital Edinburgh (rule change in 2017) and the clash of the original decision for the move to Canada as capital after the fall of Manchester?

I think this is the dislocation effect of moving to Canada, and that things should right themselves in the following turn.

Its defintely a bug. As long as Edinburgh was held the reduced MPP production continued each turn. All convoys were off except the one to Russia. With the fall of Edinburgh the UK's normal MPP production was restored.
