Aircraft, has "LOST CONTROL"
Out of the blue, to me, ET 3/61e Poitou #1 (Quickjump 1) has "LOST CONTROL" as it was cruising with its buddies over the Central African jungle.
I'm not sure how to reproduce the issue. It just happens.

(Scenario is OperationDesertFalcon. For an even weirder reason, I can't produce a save file. Cf.
[1328.15] 0 kb Save file (aka Saved, but nah))

In this case, the loss of control is caused by blindness, be it temporary from dazzler laser or permanent from a loss of MK1 Eyeball (sensor representing the eyes) in a crewed aircraft.
The pilot disorientation is factored from the current pitch, roll, and unit's proficiency, which determines whether or not it recovers (keep steady heading and altitude) or circles into ascending or descending altitude until it either recovers or crashes.
As for the saving problem, I have checked the exception log and none of the exceptions logged should disrupt the saving process. However you are not running Command as Administrator, this can definitively create read and write issues especially when saving in some folders.
Also, a somewhat silent issue can be a full disk.
Let us know if it works.

I can tell you that it was a straight bomb run, and there were no dazzlers, or anything else. There was no reason to do what it did.
It's a brand new computer, and the only thing installed is CMO, and the files that came with the computer. Lots of HD space is available.
