The AI failed to maintain its military and complete demilitarization

Troop stat shows something really interesting. It's funny to see the AI can't even compete effectively against native aliens. And It looks like their economy has been burnt to the ground. So actually I've won this game already.

I like playing with 20 meter apex predator Kaijus for fauna and it’s not unusual for one or two of the starting majors to get overrun

This time it's a Major being overwhelmed by a Minor. I think the AI in the game seems broken now. I'll send vic a saved game to see what happened.

There was something funny going on in your game with the AI logistics not going everywhere.
Not sure if other players had same issue. But your AIs for sure had.
I fixed it for the upcoming open beta. ETA very soon!
