AM prof: Played your 1st scenario to a MV in 18 turns. Liked the Map and concept. Took all VHs and demolished all remaining items. Mayhaps its only weakness may be too many turns available allowing extreme cautiousness. Thank you for a few hours of entertainment.

Eric, search for "potato gun" on the internet and I bet you'll find instructions for a serious veggie gun. I've seen those babies shoot and they are something to behold. If the guy had been using a real potato gun, they could have charged him with attempted murder.

You're welcome, Chief! I'm glad you liked the first scenario. I wasn't sure how many turns to allow. I'll probably cut back on that. Thanks for the input! I hope you enjoy the second battle just as much. Let me know how you like it and if you have any ideas for how to improve it.

I recall seeing a tv show about a contest somewhere out West where the contestants design devices to throw pumpkins. One of the entrys one year was a pneumatic pumkin cannon. It shot them several hundred yards!
Even more impressive, is this story about a man who built what may be called the Paris gun of pumpkin cannons:

Sounds like an interesting way to go duck hunting! You could take baby red pototoes, and have a sort-of potato shot-gun.

hahah he had a backyard conveniently covered by trees. so, we'd fire volleys off over them and just hope it didn't smash any windows
