Way of Darkness?

In all of my testing, I haven't seen it yet. But it may be soon....GP

There is an Artifact called Altar of Darkness (ID 27) that unlocks it. But I have no idea if and where it spawns. It also unlocks the first Diplomacy tech for Boskarans, and usually that means it's a special location that has to do with the stories of races.
The government type is implemented in the game files (but not the Path of Darkness government, like Way of the Ancients has Path of the Ancients). If there's no way to get it at all, then I would assume that the devs will make it available when the Shakturi story is introduced.

I mean the Basic Diplomacy tech for the Boskaran race.
Upon discovering the Artifact, you should receive access to Way of Darkness and immediately research Basic Diplomacy: Boskaran Language and Customs.
