Looking for an Intermediate axis player GC41 CLOSED

Hello, I'm looking for a player who has intermediate experience for the axis. I have played two multiplayer games on the Soviet side so far.
It's really important to me that we play until the end! I hope I can find someone who thinks like that and wants a long, hard campaign and doesn't give up when things don't go well.
The campaign will only end earlier if:
1. the axis conquered 3 of 4 cities:
Moscow (a must have) Leningrad, Baku and Stalingrad or alternatively Saratov.
2. the Soviets captured 2 of 3 cities:
Berlin (a must have), Vienna and Prague.
Game settings:
- Grand Campaign 41, no early end
- Fog of War: On
- Motion FOW: On
- Block HQ Support: On
- Advanced Player TB Control: On
House rules:
- No temporary motorization
- No naval invasions
- no para drop.
With the latest update from January 2024, we have the opportunity to reduce retreat attrition with the help of adjusted national morale.
Therefore my suggestion:
+5 for Germans and Soviets, and +10 for everyone else.
I hope this is fair and more realistic for both sides.
Of course, I'm open to changes in the setup.
