Hello! I have a question with the stratagems: Meet CEO and Antitrust OPS. Reviewing the reports, I have seen that they have not been generated by my organizations. Are they generated by the Factions? The details of the generation of the stratagem do not appear in the reports anywhere. If I wanted to generate a new Antitrust ops or Meet the CEO stratagem, how would I do it? Thank you so much.

Meet CEO is a special stratagem. Once you played it you always receive it the next turn.
