I would say that the new hotfix is pretty good at fixing some of the issues, but I am still noticing odd behavior with multi-mission units and trying to change assignments. The issues do not seem to happen consistently but overring mission assignments with the aircraft menu at airbases generally seems to "reset" the issue.
