Maybe this simply hasn't come up in prior modding projects, but just noticed that Italy doesn't get the 2 convoys I put in recently (from Libya and Albania) unless she is at war-they are on the map, but greyed out. Is this working as designed?

Try reducing the #RECIPIENT_ID_TRIGGER= as in the campaign you sent me it is set to 100, which means it will only fire when Italy is at 100% Mobilization.

#SENDER_ID_TRIGGER= is looking at Libya's mobilization value, so bear that in mind too.

Gotcha, I knew it had to be something simple like that. Meanhoo putting some extra German mines in to raise their income (c.f. our other discussion).
