I think this is a bug, related to group formation. Right now the A/C in a strike mission will rigidly following its position in the formation, that will cause it miss the window to release the free fall bombs, or other type of short range weapons.

At least I remember before .10 , after reaching the IP point, the A/C in a group will align itself to the target. It's not the case after .14

as you can see from the screenshot, a group of six A-6, only two are able to release the bombs Scenario attached,

3 groups of A6, each with 6 planes. sometime two planes can drop bomb, sometime only the flight leader can do so.

My guess this is a flight formation issue.

Friendly bump to make sure this gets an issue number.

It's a big issue in some scenarios.

Testing Tcao's file in the last version (1645).

Only the leader of every group is striking the target.

Not sure the bug came back or missions/formations have changed and the scen is not valid for the current version?

You'd need to redo the flight plans in order to apply the current fixes.
