I was playing around with the Mission Briefing and using HTML codes to make my OPORD briefing. Would players read it or skip through it?

This OPORD using the HTML codes I made is the format the US Army uses for their Operation Order.

It is an example: using the HTML codes, you can make your own Mission Briefings.

I've been struggling with this.
I think the preamble, Paragraph I and Paragraph II out to be quite detailed.
We can omit, I think Paragraphs IV and V, as there's not much in the game mechanics for players to respond to. For Pro content, probably include for completeness.
Paragraph III is tricky. For training scenarios, details is likely good. For "playing" scenarios, a sketch description that is more along the lines of "helpful hints" might be OK.
Commander's intent and a description of desired end state for sure, to include force level.
Paragraph III is nuanced. I don't think we want to tell players enough to give them the "how". Just the "what".
So far, we haven't framed it in US format, being respectful of the multinational aspect of NATO and our player base. Perhaps we can frame this based on the nation involved in the fight. So we'd need to research formats for GER, UK, BE, FR, NL, WP, etc.
Abit of work, but probably worth it for player immersion.
