I feel like I am getting a good idea of how logistics works in WiTE2, currently doing fairly well in my first GC as Axis.

Reviewing my logistics reports and looking at the map something is really stumping me. I have Talinn, Parnu, and Riga all set to Import Port (supply level 3) and Memel, Liepaja, Konigsberg, Danzig, and Elbing as export ports (supply level 1).

Elbing and Danzig are sitting on max stored freight and not sending anything out to the ports i need. Meanwhile Memel and Liepaja are sending out to Tallinn and Parnu with the little freight they accumulate.

Looking at it now, I guess i do not need Memel and Liepaja anymore as supply centers, if i removed those depots from the map would that adjust? Still seems weird to me that Danzig and Elbing won't send out any freight when there are depots asking for it.

I have 10 cargo ships in Baltic Sea, and the sea lanes are open FYI.

You'll want to establish a direct rail connection between Tallinn and a rail depot near Leningrad like Krasnogvardeysk prior to first winter. Normally I let an FBD do the work until there is a 10-hex stretch of unrepaired rail. Then using a corps HQ with 2 RADs attached can repair that 10-hex stretch working from the outside in which will take roughly 5-6 turns. That in turn releases the FBD for other duties.
