In the attached, group 2365 is stuck and does not allow you to plot a course with F3, in its state it appears as Shotgun (as I understand from the manual this condition occurs after having had an A-A confrontation).
In one of them the status is RTB (shotgun), however they have plenty of fuel and weapons. In other versions with these conditions the state was "airbone".

The only way to return them to your control again is in doctrine to set Weapons State RTB to NO but again the fighters still have plenty of weapons.

I don't find anything else in the doctrine that helps me with this problem.

Hi

This can be considered WAD, in doctrine, weapon state pre-planned you can tweak it.
It's strange because I never remember having this problem before (I think it's the combination of two variables and not just the state of the weapons).
It seems that after more than 600 hours there are still things to learn.
