1/ explains our house rules(especially about 41-42 Blizzard)
2/ provides commentary about the game.
Our 3.2 game continues...though Germans feel very discouraged with many inf divisions having less than 50 squads. Time is Mar 43. German Hvy ind is down to 55. Extra air factories and Panther tank factories are yet to be seen.
The game 3.3 started with Kerry mishmashing his initial attack with his panzers. There have been very few large Russian force surrounds and resultant surrenders.
Heavy defence of Leningrad and the south ensued. Kerry bypassed Kiev to attack it from the north. A Kharkov pocket was anticipated but the survival of Kursk till 1st blizzard turn 41 kept the pocket alive.
Two russian incursions into the German lines by suicide forces disrupted the German supply position at critical mid Nov weeks leading toward Moscow. Nov 30 41 advancement in south also will cause Dneprepropski to fall to Russians as well.
With Leningrad intact...the Germans appear to be in a worse position than i am ...in the WIR 3.2 game. The Russian air were committed upon reaching 30 exp points...and appear to have had some effect(per the propaganda from my opponent).
An exchange of Alt R is anticipated for Mar 42.
