WIR 3.2 G air stats

In an attempt to gain control of the German air situation, the attached excel file is offered. It attempts to keep track of the overall situation and identify those air units needing rest and replenishment. BOLDED situations identify air units that requested rest. In some cases, this request could not be honoured.
