[v1.26b] Leader Relationship Change Mismatch

Reports -3 relationship, but popup shows +2.
Is this a bug, or do I misunderstand something? I'm thinking perhaps some effect isn't being reported on the popup, perhaps.

So, just to reinforce, this is happening quite often and sometimes rather dramatically as shown in the following image. Seems like the guy should have lost 4 relation but actually lost 15. We're upgraded to v1.26c now.

My opponent in my current scenario appears to have figured it out. Periodic cultist harassment is not recorded in the relationship-change popup.
The following cult report shows the missing -11 for Issac Peethall from the previous post.
To reduce player confusion ( like for me
), this should probably be added.
